TECHNIQUE: This movement is done by using the legs to power the press overhead. Starting with the dumbbells at the shoulders, squat, then drive upward push the dumbbells straight overheard ADVANTAGES: This movement is a great way to incorporate the legs into an arm exercise. This move is a great full body challenge. This movement enables you to lift heavier weight overhead. FAULTS: Make sure that you are driving your head back on the press and finishing with your head between the arms. This is not strict press or a jerk, the power from the legs is what drive the weight overhead. SCALING:Find an appropriate weight for this movement.
