Barbell Curl

TECHNIQUE: This movement is done by holding the barbell at shoulder width arms straight and curl the bar to you. ADVANTAGES: This move is a great addition to an upper body day and to build symmetry between sides. FAULTS: Often people will rock their body while executing the curl. Remain tight through the core and squeeze the glutes to stay stationary SCALING: Scale by adjusting the weight on the barbell.
