Dumbbell- Chest Supported Row

submitted by sandsteelpaul on 10/11/17 1

TECHNIQUE: This move is done using a bench at an angle to brace yourself against as you row. Engage your core and keep your shoulders down as you draw the elbows back for the row. ADVANTAGES: This allows to go through a full range of motion for the row (as well as fire the core). FAULTS: Some common faults with this movement include shrugging the shoulders as you row, craning the neck back, or moving the body throughout the movement. SCALING: First step is to scale the weight to one that allows you to safely and correctly execute the movement. You can also add the seat to the bench to take the balance aspect out
