Hannah Demonstrates the Banded X Walk TECHNIQUE: This movement is done by stepping onto an exercise band, crossing it so that it forms an X and pulling it up with elbows out. Then while staying low, step laterally slowly maintaining tension on the band. ADVANTAGES: This is a great fundamental glute and quad exercise that can be replicated anywhere. FAULTS: Make sure that you are staying low throughout the entire movement. Engaging the core is key to keep the torso moving at the same speed as the legs. SCALING: This move can be recreated as a lateral banded sumo walk.
