Hannah Demonstrates the Medball Stand Up TECHNIQUE: This a great core engagment exercise. Make sure to maintain a good lunge pattern when standing up and moving back into the kneeling position. ADVANTAGES: It is a great way to change up the standard core movements. FAULTS: The most common fault is not using the proper lunge form which can result in injury. SCALING: This can be made easier by starting from a half kneeling position and can be made more difficult by using a heavier medball and by changing where the medball is being held.
