Kamagon Alternating Flip Swing

Similar to to the Kettlebell swing the kamagon flip swing works conditioning along with core and glutes. It works a bit of coordination too. Set up with your feet hip width and hinge at the hips and use the pendulum motion to hold on as the kamagon comes forward. At the zero gravity point trade hands and take the momentum back into the hinge.
