The Kamagon Cross Body Halo is a great move to work shoulder range of motion and get your shoulders awake. TECHNIQUE: Begin by starting with a Kamagon around the world to build momentum and the pull across the body and around the head. Rotate hands after every pass. ADVANTAGES: This is a good warm up or mobility movement FAULTS: Rotating at the hips instead of bracing the body. SCALING: Since this is a warm up exercise there is not reason to scale this
