Medball - Half Kneeling Inline Twist

submitted by sandsteelpaul on 08/22/17 1

Rachel Demonstrates the Medball Half Kneeling Inline Twist TECHNIQUE: This movement is an adaptation of the classic Russian Twist, by staying in the half kneeling position it gives a greater core engagement. ADVANTAGES: This is a great way to get an even better core workout by using the weight and through maintaining the balanced position. FAULTS: It is important to make sure that you are not doing a full rotation as that results in a lack of control. SCALING: This can be made easier by separating the legs and maintaining a standard lunge.
