TECHNIQUE: Begin with medicine ball held in the over head position. Forcefully throw the ball towards the ground and hop forwards to retrieve the ball. Clean the ball to the shoulders, and press into the overhead position. ADVANTAGES: Explosive conditioning exercise that requires coordination between the lower and upper body. FAULTS: Rounding the upper back when throwing the ball downwards, not engaging core and allowing back to round when cleaning the ball into the over head position.
