TECHNIQUE: Maintain elbows on side when in the starting position and press dumbbells straight with hands in neutral positions ADVANTAGES: Strong body buiding and strength move FAULTS: Not locking elbows and shoulders on press. Rounding shoulders forward. Over extension of the back and not bracing the core. SCALING: If extension is difficult, work elbow mobility and shoulder range of motion.
