TECHNIQUE To start swing the kamagon around you back passing it between your hands. After two full rotations stop the moment and rotate it the other way. ADVANTAGES: A great move to work core control and mobility through the torso. You will have to really engage the core to adjust to the Kamagon moving around. FAUTS: Be aware of over adjusting and tipping forward or backward during the swing/ Keep the glutes engage and find an appropriate weight. For an added challenge throw in a lunge as your go around.
