VIPR Lung Step 360 Back Leg

Level up your VIPR Lunge with a Step 360. Execute this move by setting your back leg a top the Step 360. Hold the VIPR behing your neck. This move allows you to go deeper into the lunge while working of stability. Make sure to keep your torso up right and your front knee at 90 deg. To scale either chose a lighter VIPR or take the Step 360 out of the movement.
