VIPR Lunge Step 360

A variation on the VIPR Lunge using the Step 360. Set up for your lunge with your front foot on the Step 360. This lunge will allow you to get deep in the glutes and quadriceps while challenging stability/balance. Be sure to keep your front knee at 90deg through the movement and your torso upright.
