Vipr Lunge on Step 360

A real glute burner with a nice core challenge! Set up for your lunge with one foot on each Step 360 and the VIPR on your back. This move tests your balance and leg stability. Take your time and stay tall throughout the movement. If this is proving too difficult scale down to one Step 360 or take the VIPR weight down.
