VIPR Single Leg Deadlift on 360

This version of the Single Leg VIPR Deadlift adds the balance challenge to the VIPR movements. Find your balance on top of the Step 360. Raise one leg off the ground as you hinge at the hips forward. To scale the movement take the VIPR out of the move and work to an unweighted single leg hinge on the Step 360.
