Technique: For the Russian Step up on the 360 begin with one leg on the 360 and the VIPR to the side of the opposite leg. Step up while simultaneously raising the VIPR up. Advantages: This exercise is great for core control and unilateral stability. Faults: When performing the move take care to not swing the VIPR and bring it with control. The leg on the 360 is your working leg, so don't spring from the back leg; rather lift it up. Scaling: To scale this movement down take the VIPR weight down, or you can use a stable box instead.
