VIPR - Single Leg Deadlift with Side Hold

submitted by sandsteelpaul on 07/18/17 1

TECHNIQUE: The VIPR Single Leg Deadlift is performed by balancing on one leg and hinging at the hips with the VIPR in both hands. As you come up to the balance you will twist the VIPR to the side of the leg off the ground. ADVANTAGES: This is a great move to work on leg stability and core control. It also targets the hamstrings and glutes. FAULTS: Take care when performing this move to not round the back and always keep a long straight core. SCALING: If the movement is too difficult take the balance/twist out of the movement and focus on the deadlift.
