VIPR Single Leg Deadlift with arm raise

This is a more advance balance drill with the VIPR. Set up for the single leg deadlift, but as you come back up to standing you will bring the back leg up to 90degs and balance the VIPR. Your core and glutes will have to work together to achieve this balance pose. Take your time and find the control through the movement. Throughout the movement it is key to maintain a flat back and not round the back at all.
