In this video, Bill demonstrates the proper technique for a sandbell clean. The same rules for any other clean applies. Full Hip extension as well as Shoulder Drive. The other advantage of sandbell cleans is that it should stay on the same side throughout the lift. This helps beginners have a visual cue and prevent from curling the sandbell.
