In this Video Paul teaches Bill how to perform a Clubbell clean. TECHNIQUE: The Clubbell Clean technique starts the same way as any other clean with the exception being that the thumbs are pointed downward to increase hand strength. FORM: Good form is the same as any other clean movement such as full hip extension and full shoulder drive. FAULTS include Lack of full hip extension or shoulder drive. Also "curling the clubbell" is a sign of faults in technique. SCALING for the Clubbell clean include clubbell swings, kettlebell swings, or kamikaze drops.
