Coach Rachel demonstrates the Wall Walk. Technique: Begin in a high plank position with feet at the base of a wall. Place feet on wall and walk your hands to the wall as your walk your feet up. Advantages: This is a great technique to work on handstand progressions Faults: Incorrect hand placement, fingers pointed outward, is a common fault. Keeping your hands too far away from the wall at the end of the movement. Scaling: This is a progressive movement towards the unaided hand stand push up.
