Technique: With all the weight on one leg- go into a squat with the weight in the heels. Keeping weight balanced, stand up to the starting position. Advantages: This is a great leg movement Faults: Shifting the body weight too far forward, using any bouncing momentum Scaling: This is an advanced movement. Using the TRX for balance is a great way to work up to this.
