Kettlebell- Romanian Deadlift

Start with kettlebell between legs. Put tension on kettlebell by pulling shoulders back and creating a big chest. Initiate by sending hips back and down. Push hips as far back towards as possible to engage hamstrings. Go as low as possible while maintaining a straight back. Do not crane your neck, keep your eyes on the kettlbell to ensure a neutral spine at the neck. www.sandandsteelfitness.com
