FMT Band-Overhead Squat-fix anterior tilt

Put FMT band straps around shoulders. Anchor oposite side of band at knee height, with partner or on stationary device. Perform overhead squat while resisting band pull. Strengthens upper back. www.sandandsteelfitness.com
