In this work, the author attempted to address common myths about Islamic fundamentalism. یہ کتاب سب سے پہلے 1937ء میں شائع ہوئی تھی۔ اسلام کو سمجھنے کے لیے اس کو اس قدر مفید پایا گیا کہ بہت جلدی اسے برصغیر ہند میں عام مقبولیت حاصل ہوگئی۔ اس کی جامعیت، اختصار اور عام فہی کی وجہ سے عام تعلیم یافتہ لوگوں میں بھی یہ مقبول ہوئی ہے اور بکثرت اسکولوں اور کالجوں میں اس کو شریک نصاب بھی کیا گیا ہے۔ اردو زبان کے علاوہ دنیا کی بہت سی دوسری زبانوں میں بھی اس کے ترجمے ہو چکے ہیں اور مزید ہوتے چلے جا رہے ہیں۔ اس وقت تک جن زبانوں میں اس کے تراجم ہوئے ہیں عربی، فارسی، ترکی، انڈو نیشی، سواحلی، ہاؤسا، انگریزی، فرانسیسی، جرمن، ہسپانوی، جاپانی، تھائی، سنہالی، بنگلا، سندھی، پشتو، گجراتی، ہندی، ٹامل، مالا باری ، ڈینیش، پرتگالی۔ اس کو مسلمانوں ہی نے نہیں بلکہ غیر مسلموں نے بھی پسند کیا ہے اور بہت سے غیر مسلموں کو اس کے مطالعے سے اسلام قبول کرنے کا شرف حاصل ہوا ہے۔ بعض مسلم ممالک میں اس کا ترجمہ مدارس میں بطور نصاب بھی پڑھایا جاتا ہے۔ The content of this channel is based on the Qur'an and Sunnah.
