Same position as #8, but then move the hands to the opposing knee/thigh, keeping that leg still, and lengthen the other leg onto the floor. Then pull the held knee/thigh towards the center of the chest (between the breasts) while the other hand slides to the ankle and slightly pulls towards floor.
