6 - Strap - Hamstrings

While lying supine on the floor, loop the strap around the foot. Use your same side arm/hand to hold the straps (keep arm extended thus gripping strap closer to foot). Try to allow the leg to be dead weight so only the arm and strap are supporting the weight of the leg: shoulder blades remain flat on the floor, with equal weight on both hips. As usual, DO NOT LOCK KNEE
