Shree Hari Yoga is a training school where Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC), customised Yoga retreats, and Drop in classes are offered. Course formats are as follows 100 hrs., 200 hrs., 300 hrs., and 500 hrs. YTTC courses in which Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtang, Hatha forms of yoga is taught. It also offers holistic multi style yoga which has modern, flexible, and traditional yoga.
