Located next to the Lake Merritt district of Oakland we are easy to access from Berkeley, San Leandro, Hayward, Castro Valley, and Alameda. Our classes are designed to be both accessible to everyone and challenging to those who want to push their level of conditioning and hone their competitive spirit.
