Dog Tags for Living Monument to Texas Vietnam Veterans

Dog tags are being created to honor a half million Texans served in the Vietnam War. A "living monument" will include several ways for veterans to share their stories, and the dog tags will be exhibited at the LBJ Presidential Library.
