On Wednesday, April 23, the Library co-hosted - along with The Ann Richards School for Young Leaders, The Briscoe Center for American History, HBO, and Time Warner Cable - the Texas premiere of "All About Ann: Governor Richards of the Lone Star State." The documentary is a personal look at the life of former Texas Democratic governor Ann Richards, a liberal who rose to power in a conservative state, effecting sweeping state reforms while becoming a beloved national icon. It will premiere on HBO on April 28, 2014.
