The annual wreath-laying ceremony marking President Johnson's birthday was conducted as a virtual program. The program includes a wreath-laying at the LBJ Memorial Grove on the Potomac by Lynda Johnson Robb, tributes to President Johnson by Liberal Arts Honor students from The University of Texas at Austin, and a wreath-laying on President Johnson's grave at the LBJ Ranch by Luci Baines Johnson.
