Act in Doctrine, Episode 48: We discuss Doctrine and Covenants 135–136 to supplement your study of the Come Follow Me curriculum for November 22–28. We focus on these doctrinal takeaways: Takeaway 1: Joseph and Hyrum Smith are testators of the gospel of Christ. Takeaway 2: We can thrive spiritually and temporally in covenant communities. Takeaway 3: Even in tribulation and persecution, we can find joy in the journey through faith in God’s promises.
