Dear Facebook, * Art Film (2021)

“There is a human being behind every Facebook, instagram, WhatsApp, message, post, blog and email. Remember it." What's great about this social network is that a tradition has started on social media in which the richest consumers consume essentially the same things as the poorest. You can be following news on Instagram, WhatsApp or Facebook on your smartphone or on your computer, see endless information and you know that the President has Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg has Facebook, and you think that you can also have Facebook. Facebook is free and always will be, and no money in the world can make you find a better Facebook page than the one the neighbor on the corner is communicating. All pages are the same and all pages are good. Mark Zuckerberg knows it, the President knows it, the neighbor knows it, and now you know it. *** This documentary film made from news and archives of the memory of the world, the internet. It is a document of the largest virtual community of this 21st century on the internet. Facebook has more than 2.7 billion monthly active users as of June 2020. It is a documentary that tries to show the history and evolution since its inception. There is no commercial interest or infringement of any type of rights. We believe that the power of information and freedom of expression are necessary on social media, and in real life. This film is a reflection of the information society and the digital revolution that we are experiencing. Documentary Art Film directed by Alejandro Mos Riera, 2021. ***
