We just celebrated Thanksgiving at our house and while it was so special to gather and give thanks for all we have been blessed with, there was also a hint of sadness as our grandmas were unable to join us for the first time. They are currently a mile down the road but in quarantine to keep safe and healthy. As Christmas approaches, it gets harder and harder knowing they won't be home for Christmas.
