Ribcage: Shooting The Moon

GoPro probably didn't have this in mind when they designed the Hero3+ ! We used our Ribcage Mod Kit to modify a GoPro Hero3+ Black, which makes it a c-mount camera. One of the great things about c-mount is there's an adapter for just about anything! We decided to see what would happen if we attached a c-mount to 1.25" nosepiece adapter on our camera. Next we hooked it up to a Celestron C6 750mm Newtonian Reflector Telescope and pointed it at the Moon. Another benefit to this is you can see everything live through the LCD bacpac or on a field monitor!
