If you are looking for the best free alternative auto voice software to Speechelo, then I believe you should consider Voicemaker. Voicemaker is a relatively new company and their website in beta version at the time of making this video. They are offering a free plan to a majority of their premium voices and unlimited downloads for scripts under 400 characters in length.
