We started searching for a dentist. You know, we really were looking for someone who would be able to, I grew up with problems with my teeth as well, so I needed to expand her. So I knew that that was something she was going to need. She had a lot of crowding and I heard from someone that I knew that, you know, this was a fantastic office. So we decided to come here to help hopefully with the overcrowding overheard, especially her top teeth, that was really a big issue, so. We have had a great experience here. I think, she was really nervous when we started coming and, you know, I also, again, had heard that he was really a great doctor and very kind and we've had nothing but really nice. Everyone's just been so nice here and very accommodating and reassuring of the whole process. The biggest improvement that we've seen in her smile has been just the crowding. When we first came in, she had no space. Her teeth were one top of the other. She had an injury when she was-- I was four. You were four, right? She had an injury and really had a tooth that was higher and everything is nicely aligned now, which is great. Well, I have to see what's made us the happiest is really the feeling when you come into the office, because I think you can, you could find a great dentist, but to find a dentist who you feel is caring and right? He's, he feels, you feel, you feel like he really cares and everyone in the office really cared. I think that's been the happiest thing for us. Dr. Ivanov really, you really feel that he cares about his patients. And I think bedside manner is highly underrated in a doctor, so. I think the most impressive thing about the office is the friendliness. Everyone's very friendly and very professional and very down to earth. I think that's been what I've been and, you know, obviously the level of skill her, her teeth look fantastic, but I think all of that wrapped into a nice little package. Her teeth look amazing, so I have, that has definitely exceeded our expectations. I wasn't sure how quickly this was going to happen. I wasn't planning for it to happen very quickly. I was expecting a long, very long process, but I think it's, you know, that definitely, I think has far exceeded our expectations, her results. And I had a lot of problems with my teeth as a kid, so I have a lot of experience going to different dental offices and I think the level of care I have to say, I just have to say the level of care and the warmth and the professionalism has definitely stood out above, you know, other places. I would hands down recommend Dr. Ivanov to other people. And I have, any chance I get, whenever anybody talks about their kids and their dental needs, I always, I recommend this office a lot, because we really love it, so. Oh, I would say if someone wanted to come in, you know, even just for consultation, even if you're an adult, you know, I've considered starting some treatments for myself definitely. It's not, you know, they're very children friendly, but they're very adult friendly. So I would definitely tell them to come in and just speak with the doctor and go from there.
