aka Musical Lulu. Most of the copies of this cartoons floating around on YouTube are in pretty poor shape. I fixed the opening so the Little Lulu theme is no longer cut or out-of-sync (there's still a brief point where the audio goes out of sync later on in the cartoon, but that's in every print.)
