Waiting, live from Grouse Lodge 2 weeks ago I got to do something that I haven’t been able to do in over a year, be in a room with my band and play music together. I cannot begin to tell you how much I had missed it. Honestly I didn’t realise how much I did miss it until they played the opening bars of this song I wanted to write a new arrangement so we could inhabit it in a new way, It allowed me to sing like I haven’t been able to sing in such a long time, with freedom and genuine excitement for what comes next. The new album comes out in under 3 months, the shows we just put on sale are going to be the most important ones I’ve ever done, we have more videos from this recording, I will have more songs for you soon. It’s been the strangest year but the future does look bright again.
