Jason Lee, Save the Children’s Palestine country director, said three Palestinian children have been injured every hour on average since the Israeli military offensive on Gaza began last week. “Many of these children will bear the scars – the long-term physical disability but also the incredible toll on their mental health – for the rest of their lives,” Lee told Al Jazeera.
