We're replacing the decking (deck boards) in this next video on rebuilding our deck. This is the second video in the How to Rebuild Your Deck Series. At first, we thought we would be able to scrape off the paint but quickly realized it was a ton of work. We also discovered why the homeowners chose to use thick resurfacing paint... the boards were in bad shape.
