Looking back to when I first started, the problem I was trying to solve was fixing my overbite. And when I came here being in treatment, benefited me a whole lot because I just feel like my problem is going to be corrected and I'm going to have a better smile. My experience during my orthodontics treatment was amazing. Everyone treated me like family, and I felt very comfortable with my treatment plan. One of the main improvements that I’ve seen and, or notice, and my smile was that it was better. It looked better and I just had a better smile. What I like most in Dr. Ivanov is that I liked that he cared about me. I liked that he cared about my mouth and fixing the instruction. So that was a great experience for me. What made the team services stand out from the other office is that they were patient and they listened to my problem and it wasn't trying to rush me off.
