We first came to the office. He was having some issues with a couple of his bottom teeth being, you know, a little cricket and stuff. And instead of waiting like we did with our other daughter, we decided to go ahead and come to the orthodontist and get him checked out and see what we could go ahead and start fixing. And during this treatment we have seen one of the biggest improvements I think even anyone could see in the 13 months that we've been here, his smile has gotten a lot better. And I think he's got, gained a lot of confidence. And everything that's being done. Our treatment during me, orthodontist appointments and stuff like that and during this whole entire period, I don't even know if I could explain how great they are. Every, since we stepped into this office the treatments that I have received as a parent, being told what was going to happen in everything to all the way to him having his treatments and being told exactly what's going to happen every step. And every time that we come in here has been fantastic and we greatly appreciate it. Noticing in his smile and everything, he actually and I wanted to share with everyone on Facebook and Twitter, but I couldn't get it to work. His school picture, he actually showed his braces during his school pictures, which is a huge accomplishment that I would've never thought that he would have done because sometimes he will shy behind them, especially now being with a mask and stuff like that. Working with this team is the whole friendly family concept here. You're welcomed as you're sitting outside at this time waiting to come in and once you're in here, you're treated just like a family member, from sitting here just waiting all the way back to the back and out the door again. And even if you have an issue over the phone, you know, with something, when they treat you over the phone, it's like being in a family. The office here, if I had an issue with an appointment or something like that, they do whatever they can to help me with my schedule, making sure that he gets in when he needs to and working around me as much as, you know, I can around them. The experts stations of this has gone over and above. I personally have gone to orthodontist. I've had my other daughter go to orthodontist and this is the place to be. As far as making sure that you're getting what the child or the adult needs with working with their braces. Even though your child, you may just see a little slight thing in your child's mouth or something or with his teeth or whatever, I recommend go ahead, go have it looked at. Some orthodontist's office that we did go to before we came here was like, you know, he's too little he's too, you know, let's not do anything yet. And we pushed it and then unfortunately we may have pushed it a little bit too long before we came and got treat, started the treatment and stuff like that from here in this office. Oh, would I recommend this place over and above? I think that I talk about this place at school all the time with my coworkers, with my families that come into the school. They will ask questions about something. They'll see Jake they'll ask where he goes to have his braces, the orthodontist place. And this is, and I basically, I keep cards in my purse so that I can just hand them as soon as if they ask, I just give them one.
