submitted by ROARK on 04/09/21 1

The courtyard behind Bai Junping’s workshop is packed with lanterns, rows and rows of red and gold lanterns. It’s a traditional occupation in the village of Tuntou, China, dating back to ancient times. Bai makes tens of thousands of lanterns every year. Some of Bai’s lamps are small, but he is also known for his giant lanterns. And he wants to go even bigger. This Great Big Story was inspired by Genesis.
