Vicksburg Warren School District creates equitable instruction with Google for Education

Mississippi’s Vicksburg Warren School District serves approximately 8,000 Pre-K–12 students across 16 schools; and though access to technology may be unaffordable for many local families, the school district uses Google for Education and ensures that every child has their own Chromebook, and educators use Google Classroom for everything from assignments to virtual field trips. Remote learning during COVID-19 was a natural extension for teachers and students alike.
