Looking back when I first started, I was trying to correct my bottom teeth. I was trying to fix the overbite as well as the crookedness, my bottom teeth. And being in treatment benefited me because it helped me gain more confidence. I speak more, I smile more with all my teeth, the top row and the bottom row. And yeah, I'm enjoying it so far. I'm enjoying how my teeth are being shaped and how it's moving. It's going quicker than I thought. So my experience has been overall an amazing experience. One of the main improvements I noticed with my smile is that my overbite is not as big and my teeth are, I guess, closer together. They're not crooked at all right now. And they move pretty quickly. What made me happiest about working with the Ivanov orthodontics team is their customer service, their cleanliness, very accommodating with my schedule. They're willing to reschedule me when I like, the kindness of the staff, the gentleness of the staff and the precautions that they took during COVID-19. They're over, an amazing team. They're super friendly, super kind, very welcoming. What I most like about Dr. Ivanov Is his personality. He's super engaging. He's very welcoming. He says, hi. He acknowledges each customer and she's very observant with his customers. I was very impressed with the customer service skills and the welcoming atmosphere. Everything was so modern, was so clean, was so engaging. All of the employees here are very nice. They're very sensitive, when they're working in our mouth and adjusting our teeth. And they even help us pick the color, that's most accommodating to our own personalities. The factors that exceeded my expectations or how quickly my teeth move. I thought that they were going to move slower. I thought that I was going to be in significantly more pain, but everyone has been so accommodating, especially when I'm getting my braces retightened is not as painful as I expected it to be. And the appointments are not long. Also when I come to my appointments, I'm never waiting for a long time. I would most definitely recommend Ivanov orthodontist to my friends and family simply because it is a great place to come and get your teeth straightened out. The work here is amazing and the teeth will move quickly. The job will exceed your expectations. If anyone wants to join the office and start treatment, I would highly, highly recommend it.
