So looking back when we first started the treatment here with Dr. Ivanov, Carina had a narrow bite and Luna, her teeth were misaligned. She also had, well, both of them started preventive because they had their baby teeth. Now they're growing into their adult teeth and the treatment has been continuing. My experience here with my daughters at the office has been really good. They are always on top of their needs and I've seen the improvement in their teeth. So one of the main improvements that I've noticed with my daughters is that Luna's teeth have been more aligned. And with Carina, she started with the narrow bite, they put an expander. So now her teeth are more white. What has made me happiest about being here, working with Dr. Ivanov is that the attention to detail and his patience with explaining the treatment and with my daughters. What are the things that have made me the happiest about working with the team are actually the girls in the front desk, because besides Dr. Ivanov, all the girls have been really on top of my daughter's needs and calling me, letting me know, you know, what they need to do and that's one of the things that have made me the happiest. One of the things that I like the most about Dr. Ivanov is that besides his knowledge, he's a very sweet patient guy. So that is something that it makes me feel comfortable bringing my daughters into the office. What has impressed me most about this office is that it's actually really, really clean. Now with the COVID I feel comfortable coming here. They take our temperature with everything is extremely clean. And all the equipment is up to date, very modern and high-tech. One of the things that have exceeded my expectations from this office is that every appointment it's on their time, I'm not here waiting around. If I have to come at a certain time, they pick me within a few minutes. So one of the things that the services have standout from other offices is that besides punctuality, the prices are very fair and affordable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ivanov to any friends and family, and I've done it in the past. I would say to anybody that would come and join our office, the office, but it's ours too, is that it, they will feel like family.
