Climate change is one of our global concerns. In order to save our planet, we need to reduce drastically our carbon footprint; and the best and easiest way to do it is by changing our dietary habits and stop eating meat. Senior researcher in environmental sustainability and public health in the Department of Public Health and the Oxford Martin Program for the Future of Food at the University of Oxford.
