The Lord knows all about Satan's cunning tactics, how he flatters and lies to his followers in an effort to destroy them and the righteous. Section 10 teaches how God will help us defeat the tactics of the devil. In Section 11 we, like Hyrum Smith are promised that we will receive spiritual gifts if we faithfully desire it of God.
